2013 $20 FRN Obverse Ink Smear Error, Circ. Obverse with scarce green overprint ink smear with some nearby splatter and some bleed through on the reverse. The note is moderately circulated with counting notations written on obverse, a staple mark at the lower right and there is a tiny split at the center fold top edge. Please view pictures.
